Customise your Jewellery

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery, and so, we offer customisation services to bring your visions to life! We can create a variation of our existing pieces if you want any changes, or something completely different! All your pieces will be made to your desired size as well. It is a simple process:

Step 1 - DM us @xuri.in on Instagram with some inspiration pictures or a brief description of your ideas.

Step 2 - We will get back to you and let you know if the piece (or something similar) is possible to make! If so, we will discuss your ideas further, sketch the design out, give you a price quote, and finalise the idea. We do not charge extra for customisation.

Step 3 - After you are satisfied, the order will be placed. Please note that customised orders take longer than usual to ship, around 4 - 5 business days, depending on how detailed the piece is and availability of materials.
